When your client asks for BIC^® Lighters with infinite printing possibilities, the answer is clear; choose the digital printing technique. Our digital labels have two different finishes to choose from: Digital Brilliant or Digital Matt. Choose Digital Brilliant finish for a shiny and dazzling effect or select the Digital Matt option to add elegance to the design. Further combine the Digital Brilliant or Matt finish with other finishes like Puffy, Holographic, Metallic or Puffy Glitter to get a premium and sophisticated final product.

Digital Puffy

Out of all the different digital finishes Digital Puffy is the best seller. Why? Our clients like to feel the relief effect on the surface of the lighter. It's all about sensations, feel the design in your hands, feel the logo, feel the effect, feel the shape and the main goal, of course, is to make the user to remember the brand. Mix the Digital Brilliant with the Puffy effect and you will get a dazzling, shiny and textured product or mix the Digital Matt with the Puffy finish to give a glossy effect and obtain a perfect combination between the matt of the finish and the glossiness of the puffy print. The Digital Puffy layer can have very small patterns, think about it and imagine logos, letters or different shapes. You will be impressed by the final result.

Sometimes when contrast is what we need, Digital UV is the perfect technique for that. Use the Digital Matt option for the label and select the areas of your design you want to highlight with the vividness and glossy finish of the UV varnish. Digital Holographic

The Digital Holographic printing technique allows us to add an iridiscent touch to the designs. Move the lighter and you will see different tones of colours on the part that is printed with the holographic finish. This effect is highlighted with a brilliant finish or slightly opaque with a matt finish. You can choose Digital Holographic finish in gold or silver. It can be done in small parts such as lines or dots. Play with reflections and catch the customer's attention!

If you really want to stand out use the Digital Metallic finish to add a premium look to the design. The metallic part can be on all the label or only on some parts to highlight areas of the design. Choose Digital Matt finish for a subtle look and a brilliant finish for a shiny effect. Did you know you can mix our different effects? Digital Puffy Glitter

This technique consists of adding glitter to a transparent varnish to embellish the designs with a shimmering effect. See and feel its coloured glitter texture. Add a sparkling effect of different colours to logos or small parts of the design. Depending on the background colours this technique will be more or less visible. On light colours the different glitter colours will be more visible than on darker colours. Combine this technique with a matt finish and you will obtain a contrast with the shimmery puffy glitter area and the rest of background. Make your design vibrant and sparkling!
